What is Your Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, or has a size issue.
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, or color preference.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we will send a replacement item.
What is your shipping policy?
We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your item is ready, shipping takes around 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order goes into production and can’t be canceled or changed.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on select orders and locations. A COD handling fee of ₹50 applies at checkout. Please ensure you’re available to accept the package. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.
Do you accept bulk orders?
We’re happy to accept bulk or custom orders for events, teams, businesses, or special occasions. Just reach out to us with your requirements, quantities, and design ideas — and we’ll provide you with a special quote and delivery timeline.

At Scarct, we offer customized T-shirt printing with your own designs, logos, or artwork — perfect for brands, events, teams, or personal use.
